Background
Randy H. Lebow was called to the bar of Ontario in 1985 following graduation from Osgoode Hall Law School. Mr. Lebow practices in the area of real estate law, with a primary focus on commercial real estate matters. He has a vast experience in the negotiation and completion of real estate acquisitions and sales and he acts for a variety of lenders in the completion of commercial mortgage financings, including construction loan financings.
Mr. Lebow represents clients in land development matters and he assists in the completion of the necessary conveyancing work relating thereto, including the completion of Land Titles Absolute/Plus conversions and the registration on title of municipal agreements, subdivision/condominium plans and land severance documentation. He also represents clients in the completion of their condominium and subdivision projects and he is involved in the preparation of the disclosure materials and agreements of purchase and sale associated therewith. His entrepreneurial skills have always been apparent to his clients, many of who have retained him in a general counsel role. He has represented several banks and trust companies in enforcement matters and has extensive involvement in the negotiation, structuring and completion of a variety of complex business and loan transactions.
