Background
James is a partner with the firm. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in 1992 and an LL.B in 1997, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1999. Prior to joining Owens Wright LLP, James practiced with a national law firm.
James’ practice focuses on a wide range of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance. He also provides ongoing corporate and securities law advice to a number of clients.
