Background

Erin is an associate in our Corporate Group. Erin maintains a broad and developing transactional practice in general corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and capital markets.

Erin completed her articles with Owens Wright and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. Erin received her Juris Doctor from Western University where she was actively involved as a student ambassador and mentor, as well as a peer tutor in business law courses. Before law school, Erin completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Guelph.

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys rollerblading and travelling.
