Background

Jacob is an associate in our Corporate Group. Jacob’s practice focuses on advising clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisition, capital markets, real estate joint ventures and corporate reorganizations.

Jacob completed his articles with Owens Wright and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. Jacob received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Jacob completed the Honours Business Administration program at the Ivey Business School, Western University.
